Job Description Role Summary

As Specialist, Retail Media Growth (IC2), you will support the Retail Media Growth team by ensuring smooth campaign execution and providing actionable insights from post-campaign analyses. You will play a critical role in helping the team scale advertising revenue by ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and performance is accurately measured.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with ads tech or digital advertising experience who enjoys operational execution, data analysis, and supporting sales growth.

What’s On Your Plate?
  • Support the end‑to‑end execution of retail media campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly across markets.
  • Conduct post‑campaign analyses, measuring performance against KPIs and providing actionable insights to the Growth team and clients.
    Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders and external advertisers.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to identify optimization opportunities for current and future campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking, budgets, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks, including account research, client communications, and operational coordination.
  • Help improve tools, processes, and workflows to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
  • Work closely with Ads Growth Managers to ensure high‑quality delivery for all campaigns.
What Did We Order?
  • 2–4 years of experience in ads tech, digital advertising, retail media, or campaign operations.
    Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, and retail media ecosystems.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights from campaign performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to support internal teams and external clients.
    Hands‑on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of execution and delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, supporting ambitious revenue targets.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to the success of the Growth team.
