We are a leading snacks and sweets brand, expanding our presence in Dubai through Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Our aim is to delight customers with authentic taste, innovative offerings, and an exceptional brand experience.
Role Overview :We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in traditional marketing and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies
. The role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, increasing footfall, and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage / QSR / premium retail sector.
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that integrate both traditional and digital channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Position the brand as a preferred QSR option in Dubai, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the QSR market.
- Plan, manage, and execute traditional marketing campaigns including print, in-store promotions, outdoor advertising, events, and activations.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution and creative development.
- Build strong relationships with customers through loyalty programs, feedback systems, and experiential marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize marketing spend for maximum impact.
- Monitor consumer behavior, trends, and preferences to inform product launches and promotional strategies.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring clear goals and accountability.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience in food, QSR, or premium retail sectors
, with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing. - Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns for similar brands.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, promotions, customer engagement, and ROI tracking
. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
