- Lead the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of the clients events including seasonal activations, National Day, Festive Village, school activations, and special celebrations.
- Develop event concepts, mood boards, run sheets, and vendor briefs aligned with the Park’s marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with suppliers for décor, entertainment, logistics, technical requirements, and permits.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and procurement requests.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in executing integrated campaigns for all year-round marketing activities.
- Coordinate delivery of marketing assets with design teams and agencies.
- Support in developing content calendars and ensuring timely rollout of campaign touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and support optimization of ongoing activities.
- Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure campaign readiness at all visitor touchpoints.
- Support the drafting of press releases, media alerts, and communication briefs for the PR agency.
- Coordinate media visits, influencer engagements, and familiarization tours.
- Maintain the PR calendar and assist with event coverage and photography for media distribution.
- Manage stakeholder communications internally and externally to support campaigns and event.
