Lead key client relationships and oversee the delivery of sophisticated 360° campaigns across digital, social, CRM, experiential, and print channels. This role requires a strategic, detail‑oriented leader with experience in luxury branding, multi‑market campaign delivery, and cross‑functional team coordination.

• Act as the primary strategic partner for luxury, government, automotive, and lifestyle clients.
• Manage multimillion‑dollar accounts, ensuring seamless communication and long‑term relationship development.
• Provide strategic counsel, aligning client ambitions with conceptually strong and visually compelling creative work.
• Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of 360° campaigns across digital, social, CRM, experiential, and print channels.
• Lead CRM and Salesforce‑driven initiatives, always‑on content programs, and large‑scale digital builds such as microsites and configurators.
• Manage luxury‑focused events including launches, roadshows, conferences, and experiential activations.

• Proven experience in account management within luxury branding, digital, or advertising agencies.
• Strong background in 360° campaign delivery across digital, social, CRM, print, and experiential channels.
• Demonstrated success managing high‑profile clients
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large‑scale budgets.
