Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage e-commerce and quick commerce operations on platforms like Talabat, Careem Quik, Noon Minutes, Amazon
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and increase brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to optimize product listings and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance platform performance.
- Lead initiatives for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the e-commerce and quick commerce sectors.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and quick commerce management, preferably in the UAE market.
- Proven experience with major Dubai platforms like Talabat, Careem Quik, Noon Minutes, and Amazon etc
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
