Senior Product Marketing Manager

Head of B2B Marketing

Position Summary

Property Finder is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the positioning, go‑to‑market strategy, and adoption of our B2B products for agents, brokers, and real estate agencies.

This role sits within the Marketing organization and works in close partnership with Product and Commercial teams. You will translate customer needs and product capabilities into clear market value, shape how our solutions are packaged and presented, and ensure launches lead to real adoption and revenue impact.

Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional leadership and the ability to lead through influence across Product Management, Sales, CX, Brand, Legal, and other stakeholders. You will act as the voice of the market and the field, helping ensure our products are not only built well, but are clearly understood, adopted, and continuously improved based on market feedback.

Key Responsibilities Product Positioning and Commercial Narrative
  • Develop and evolve positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Property Finder’s B2B product portfolio
  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer outcomes, business value, and differentiation
  • Ensure launches and ongoing communication consistently reflect strong commercial and value‑led narratives, not only features
Go to Market Leadership and Product Launches
  • Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and business readiness for B2B product launches and feature releases
  • Lead cross‑functional launch alignment in close partnership with Product, ensuring launches are not only executed smoothly but are commercially effective and market ready
  • Define target segments, core use cases, value narratives, and success criteria for launches
  • Ensure the field is prepared through structured enablement, clear positioning, and practical use cases that drive adoption
Sales and Field Enablement
  • Partner with Sales, Business Consultants, CX, and Training teams to ensure the field clearly understands product value, positioning, and use cases
  • Develop core sales narratives, objection handling frameworks, and value stories that support deal progression and customer adoption
Market, Customer, and Competitive Insights
  • Bring structured customer, usage, and market insights into joint discussions with Product and leadership
  • Identify gaps between product capabilities and market expectations, and advocate for improvements
  • Monitor competitive landscape and ensure positioning reflects market dynamics
Adoption and Performance Impact
  • Define and monitor key metrics related to launch performance, product adoption, and usage
  • Identify adoption barriers and performance gaps post launch and drive cross‑functional actions to address them
  • Provide insights and recommendations that improve positioning, enablement, and rollout effectiveness
Content and Asset Strategy
  • Define the narrative and content requirements needed to support positioning, launches, and field enablement
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams for the development of high‑impact assets, ensuring consistency with product strategy
Cross Functional Leadership
  • Lead alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Training, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent positioning and strong market adoption
  • Drive clarity, decision making, and alignment in environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Desired Qualifications Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product, or a similar market‑facing product role
  • Experience working closely with Product and Sales in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or platform business
  • Strong experience in B2B environments, working on products or solutions sold to business customers
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear business value
  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with product and business metrics
  • Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast moving and evolving environment
