For the Good of TomorrowDubai Holding is looking to hire a Manager – Brand and Marketing at Dubai Holding. The job holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Brand and Marketing in managing the implementation of brand and marketing strategy, programs and activities for the Dubai Holding brand, brand campaigns and brand identity projects. The candidate is expected to implement strategic marketing activities, brand strategies, project launches, collateral, marketing and brand guardianship support to internal and external teams, agencies, partners and other DH companies relating to branding and marketing for Dubai Holding and its special projects as well as collate yearly calendar of activities.

Key Accountabilities- Managing and executing brand strategies, brand messaging and launch activities, alongside measurable and sustainable marketing & customer experience initiatives, programs and brand campaigns.
- Deliver comprehension of brand values and positioning internally to employees and externally to customers and stakeholders, supporting with planning workshops as required.

- Maintain and review DH Brand guidelines and standards as needed.
- Issue any updates to internal and external stakeholders in order to provide guidance on correct implementation of brand guidelines.
- Regularly audit the image and presence of DH brand in internal and external communications to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage relationships with respective counterparts in the verticals and vendors e.g. event management companies, brand, creative, marketing agencies, model builders and other ATL/BTL agencies for brand advice, creative steers, approvals and guardianship, input into tactical and strategic ATL campaigns to ensure creative consistency across DH and vertical brands.
- Specifically manage external agencies and brand/ graphic design support as required on an ongoing basis with accurate, written and timely briefs, verbal and written feedback and support as required to derive high quality creative results for the business.
- Provide day to day brand support and advisory to marketing and other teams from the verticals to review ongoing brand projects and new initiatives as may be required including brand and communication templates, power point presentations, graphic designs, signage, collateral and all things marketing.
- Regularly and systematically update brand assets with accurate naming conventions on to required sharing platforms such as brand hub and daleel.
- Support with managing brand content and collateral, conceptualization, creation and production of marketing collateral for Dubai Holding and its projects, verticals or internal departments as and when marketing support required.
