- Covers the full marketing spectrum – from strategy & planning to execution and measuring the performance on campaigns.
- Combines global brand governance with local market agility, ensuring DHL’s global marketing standards are adapted effectively to local customer needs and competitive dynamics.
- Cross‑functional influence – position is a key partner to Sales and Product, ensuring marketing is integrated into the commercial strategy.
- Adapt global marketing strategy to regional priorities and market dynamics.
- Translate global marketing strategy into actionable country‑level plans.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
- Consolidate insights from country teams to inform regional and global strategies.
- Design and oversee regional campaigns ensuring scalability and local relevance.
- Manage regional events, sponsor ships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive regional social media content, including employee advocacy program.
- Drive customer engagement through email marketing and local webinars.
- Develop regional marketing collateral and tools to support sales teams across countries.
- Implement regional lead generation programs and monitor conversion performance.
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and regional sales priorities, including follow‑up processes.
- Monitor marketing KPIs across countries; provide insights and best practices.
- Ensure ROI measurement for regional campaigns and optimize based on performance.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for countries in the region.
- Support sales teams with regional enablement tools and lead generation programs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B logistics or forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance global standards with regional and local market needs.
