Rocky Real Estate is a leading property brokerage firm in Dubai, specializing in off‑plan and secondary market sales. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a strategic, creative, and performance‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning and lead generation initiatives.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate marketing within the UAE market.

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
• Create data‑driven strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, property portals).
• Oversee SEO, website optimization, and landing page performance.
• Track campaign ROI and optimize budgets for maximum performance.
• Generate qualified leads for off‑plan and secondary sales teams.

• Oversee content creation for Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Plan and execute property launches, project campaigns, and promotional events.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.

• Lead and manage in‑house designers, videographers, and digital specialists.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
• Align closely with sales managers to support project launches.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze KPIs including CPL, conversion rate, and campaign ROI.
