Brand Manager – Digital & Consumer, UAEAbbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division is looking for a Brand Manager, Digital and Consumer based in UAE.
Responsibilities- Drive, monitor and control digital & consumer‑related programs and activities to ensure Abbott’s brand reputation, voice, perception, and image is safeguarded and represented in an optimal way. This includes driving brand awareness related campaigns and activations around the brand overall, specific programs as well as existing and new product launches targeted for consumers in GULF & Pakistan.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing/communications campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional peers in PR, marketing, digital to ensure timely and strong execution.
- Review and monitor all ad‑promo material to ensure accurate brand representation and regulatory compliance.
- Direct and manage the execution of brand related projects and campaigns, setting clear KPIs.
- Set and drive internal and external communication programs to create awareness and drive engagement with our brand and products, including online/offline channels.
- Craft and create content and promotional material/templates for online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with functional teams to align on new material, objectives, channels, target audiences, and amplification targets.
- Ensure brand representation on online/digital channels such as websites, Linked In, partners’ websites.
- Manage media plan for promotional campaigns (online and offline).
- Establish metrics and KPIs for promotional/advertisement campaigns.
- Perform performance monitoring and analytics on campaigns, events, ads, and content marketing activities.
- Oversee agency relationships and program work in support of strategy.
- Drive innovative CRM campaigns to engage consumers and HCPs.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven work experience of at least 8 years in digital & social marketing communication.
- Experience with email marketing (marketing automation) software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Good understanding of digital channels (web, social, advertising).
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- English excellence required.
- 20% travel required.
- Knowledge of social trends and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with B2C advertising campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience with web content management tools.
- Project management skills, PMP or other certifications preferred.
- Analytical skills: ability to consume, identify and act on data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, self‑motivated, eager learner, good organizational skills, detail‑oriented, ability to prioritize, team‑player, and honors deadlines.
