What You’ll Be Doing

Working as a Marketing Associate for Jacquemus, Farm Rio and Ferragamo, you will be responsible for providing professional support in a wide range of marketing activities, working closely with the marketing team, commercial and administrative teams. You will be responsible for supporting the senior marketing associate on executing brand marketing plans, keeping in mind the brand standards and budgets across the UAE and KSA regions.

Marketing

& 360 Coordination
  • Manage the coordination and ensure successful planning and execution of events, in‑store activations, campaign and product launches, PR initiatives, clienteling pushes and 360 communications. Liaise with suppliers and coordinate with store teams
  • Scout and liaise with suppliers for events and activations (contact them, get quotations, negotiate, coordinate operations etc.)
  • Coordinate preparation of launch decks, and internal communication materials for all channels
  • Coordinate and liaise with store teams on a regular basis regarding projects, content, loans, gifting, catalogues etc.
  • Copywriting in English and Arabic preferable
  • Share content with Malls, Regional teams and CRM/Loyalty teams
  • Create lookbooks/e‑catalogues for key launches
  • Conduct market research and benchmarks on key moments and activations
  • Coordinate and liaise with PR agencies on loans & samples, and CRM teams on newsletters and clienteling pushes
Admin
  • Coordinate and liaise with Supply Chain teams on deliveries and transfers
  • Create/update suppliers in the system
  • Support with sample and gifting management
  • Apply for mall permits for in‑store activations
  • Manage Dropbox/shared folder documents and assets
  • Support in budget classification and PO issuance
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting
  • Update monthly reports, trackers and business calendar
  • Track and record marketing investments, invoice status, and monthly accruals.
  • Assist in preparing ROI reports and campaign post‑analyses (sell‑in/sell‑out, traffic, conversion, marketing performance, budget utilisation)
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • At least 1 year experience in a 360‑marketing role (Trade, Ecommerce, PR, influencers, CRM) within a luxury fashion brand
  • GCC/UAE experience is essential, clear understanding of the ME market and consumer
  • Proactive and confident personality
  • Knowledgeable about customer touch points, malls, CRM, digital
  • Previous experience dealing with agencies
  • Experience with events
