Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across paid channels. This role focuses on performance, growth, and conversion while staying aligned with our brand identity.

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Food Aggregators and other relevant platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI; optimize based on data
• Develop performance reports and insights with clear recommendations
• Work closely with the content and brand teams to align creatives with campaign goals
• Support launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, product drops)
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices

• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience in F&B, retail, or consumer brands is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
