The Senior Manager – Ads will be responsible for driving the growth and success of noon’s advertising business by managing and scaling partnerships with Chinese advertisers and brands. This role combines strategic account management, commercial leadership, and digital advertising expertise to deliver strong revenue growth and advertiser success within the GCC market.
The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with Chinese clients while acting as a bridge between advertisers and internal teams.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
- Own and manage relationships with key Chinese advertisers and agency partners.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients, guiding advertising strategies that drive measurable results.
- Build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Lead business reviews and strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive advertising revenue growth across Chinese accounts through data-driven planning and execution.
- Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies aligned with advertiser objectives and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand media solutions across performance and brand campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver strong ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Ensure advertisers are leveraging the full potential of noon Ads solutions and capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Account Management, and Commercial teams to align strategy and execution.
- Act as a bridge between Chinese clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve advertiser experience and product offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building strong account management practices.
- Support process improvements and best practices for managing international advertiser accounts.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Ads business as it scales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or e-commerce advertising.
- Proven experience managing large advertiser accounts, ideally Chinese brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand advertising, and digital media solutions.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategy.
