About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior PR & Communications Leader to build, lead, and elevate a best‑in‑class Public Relations function. This is a strategically critical and high‑visibility role
, carrying significant reputational and organisational impact.
As the custodian of our corporate narrative and voice, you will lead from the front—shaping reputation, navigating high‑stakes issues, and driving a proactive communications agenda across global markets.
This role requires a leader with exceptional judgement, political acumen, and the ability to deliver tangible results while inspiring internal and external teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the organisations PR and communications strategy to strengthen corporate reputation and support business priorities.
Oversee media relations
, including building strong relationships with key journalists, shaping narratives, and securing high‑value coverage.
Serve as the point lead for issues and crisis communications
, ensuring rapid, accurate, and strategic responses that protect brand reputation.
Guide executive communications
, including leadership messaging, speeches, interviews, and thought‑leadership positioning.
Supervise external communications output
, ensuring consistent message discipline across all channels, markets, and partners.
Manage and elevate PR agencies and vendors
, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining strategic control internally.
Provide counsel to senior leadership on reputational risks, emerging issues, and communication opportunities.
Measure and report PR performance
, tracking media impact, sentiment, and strategic outcomes to demonstrate value.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in PR and Communications.
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact, elevating reputation
, and delivering sustained high performance. - Strong background across:
- Corporate reputation
- Issues & crisis management
- Consumer or lifestyle communications
- Experience navigating complex, high‑scrutiny environments with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, or transform a communications function.
- Proactive, positive, and energetic with a true go‑getter mindset
