On behalf of our client, a globally recognised automotive manufacturer, we are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Retail Marketing Manager to join its regional marketing function in Dubai.

The Role

The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and optimising tactical marketing campaigns and experiential activations across the Middle East region. Working closely with Marketing Communications, Sales and CRM stakeholders, the successful candidate will serve as a key interface between importers, the regional office and appointed agencies.

This position requires a blend of strategic oversight and operational precision, ensuring retail marketing initiatives are executed to the highest standards of brand integrity and commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to importer campaign management, supporting new product launches, promotional activity and seasonal initiatives.
  • Act as the central liaison between importers, regional office and agencies for the development, execution and performance analysis of experiential marketing, product launches, sponsor ships and retail point-of-sale communications.
  • Support importer marketing teams in designing and implementing comprehensive retail marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
  • Safeguard consistent brand representation and messaging across all retail touchpoints, enhancing customer experience and brand loyalty throughout the regional network.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing programmes accordingly.
  • Oversee and track retail and performance marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment in line with business plan commitments.
  • Partner with digital marketing colleagues to ensure importer digital activity complies with corporate identity and brand guidelines across social media, online campaigns and website platforms.
  • Support the planning and governance of retail events, launch events, driving experiences, sponsor ships and partnerships, ensuring clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver structured performance reporting, analyse key metrics and refine strategies to meet or exceed agreed objectives.
  • Develop innovative experiential concepts, manage agency selection through structured tender processes and prepare comprehensive creative briefs aligned with corporate identity standards.
  • Lead end-to-end event management for product launches and drive events, ensuring meticulous planning, execution and post-event evaluation in accordance with brand guidelines.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Six to eight years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrable understanding of premium brand positioning, automotive sales dynamics and integrated marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence external partners and stakeholders across multiple hierarchies and markets.
  • Strong project management capability, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with a disciplined approach to budget management and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
    Arabic language capability would be advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and intellectually curious, with the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed regional structure.
