Marketing & Events Manager

The Marketing and Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and corporate events that elevate ADAM Global’s market position and support commercial objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment
• Proven experience in event planning and management
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong project management capabilities
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of the finance and consulting industry is an advantage

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and execute corporate events, seminars, webinars, and networking functions
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
• Create compelling content for marketing collateral, website, and thought leadership initiatives
• Coordinate with design teams to produce promotional and brand materials
• Manage relationships with media partners, sponsors, and event vendors
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints
• Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost-effective execution
• Support the sales team through lead generation and nurturing activities
