Junior Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing and social media strategies for Henley & Partners’ international membership network Civis Mundi, while also participating and leading other initiatives across the Group.

• Support the design and execution of marketing strategies aligned with Henley & Partners Group and department objectives;
• Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns;
• Create, adapt, and optimize content for publication across various social media platforms and websites;
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in line with the firm guidelines;
• Collect and analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports;
• Maintain organized records of content, campaigns, and access credentials;
• Stay informed about emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in digital marketing;
• Create and adapt marketing collaterals and contribute to offline marketing strategies.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management;
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms and their basic algorithms;
• Experience with content creation and basic content management systems;
• Design skills and familiarity with visual content tools;
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and clarity;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiarity with analytics tools;
• Good understanding of digital, online, and offline marketing;
• Strong willingness to learn, develop, and take initiative.

• Competitive base salary;
• Full-time employment with probation period of 6 months;
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;
• 25 days of annual leave;
• Employment visa.
