Project Coordination & Support

• Assist in coordinating marketing projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and according tobrief.
• Support day‑to‑day communication with external agencies (based outside Dubai) and internal teams to follow up on deliverables and timelines.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating freelancers such as content creators, designers, and video editors.
• Track project timelines, follow up on pending items, and escalate delays when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of project files, briefs, and approvals
• Social Media Execution
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), You Tube, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure posts follow brand guidelines and approved campaign messaging.
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and compile simple performance reports.
• Content & Creative Support
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, or freelancers to collect and organize digital assets.
• Support campaign launches by ensuring all required materials are ready and uploaded on time.
• Keep track of platform trends and share relevant updates with the team.

Salary vary between 5k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
