ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Senior Global Influence Manager is responsible for defining and driving Parfums de Marly’s global influence strategy, with a primary focus on maximizing Earned Media Value (EMV) while preserving and elevating the brand’s image, desirability and cultural relevance.
Reporting to the Global Communications Director, and working in close partnership with the PR Team, the role acts as a strategic partner to local marketing teams worldwide to provides data-driven guidance to optimize influencer performance, support the creation and execution of local campaigns, and ensure consistency, measurable impact, and excellence across all influence activations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and lead the global influence strategy, aligned with the yearly communications priorities and performance targets all of that in close collaboration with the PR department.
- Develop guidelines for local markets, combining performance insights and brand image guidance, in coherence and partnership with the global PR strategy.
- Drive EMV growth globally, with a strong focus on Europe, ensuring a balance between performance, reach and brand equity.
- Support local marketing teams in the development of their local influence strategies and plans, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Work with markets & PR team on paid influence activations and partnerships, ensuring performance objectives.
- Consolidate global influence reporting, with a strong focus on EMV, quality of exposure and image indicators, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to boost performance.
- Partnering with the PR team, define and develop the brand’s advocacy strategy, building long‑term relationships and transforming key profiles into authentic brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate closely with PR, Social Media and Digital Marketing teams to maximize amplification and coherence of influence‑driven content.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a performance and results‑driven mindset.
- Proven ability to develop and execute influencer strategies that deliver measurable business impact, including tracking:
- Earned Media Value (EMV)
- Engagement metrics: likes, comments, shares, saves, story interactions
- Reach and impressions across platforms
- Audience growth and follower quality (authenticity, alignment with target demographics)
- Conversion and traffic metrics where applicable
- Experience leveraging Lefty and Tribe Dynamics to manage analyze influencer campaigns
- Deep understanding of luxury influence ecosystems, social platforms and evolving creator models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multicultural, international environment.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance and/or luxury industries. Strong sensitivity to luxury codes, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus
- Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or Business.
- 5–7 years of experience in influence, PR or communications roles with a global scope, within the luxury industry (brand or agency).
