Head of Marketing

We are currently partnered with a scaling Fin Tech in Dubai, looking to hire an experienced Head of Marketing to drive brand growth.

As Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the executive team to position the company as a market leader while delivering measurable commercial impact. You will have full ownership of marketing strategy, team development, and budget, with the autonomy to implement bold, innovative ideas.

• Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets
• Elevate brand positioning and awareness across regional and international markets
• Own customer acquisition, digital performance, and lifecycle marketing
• Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Leadership to support launches and revenue objectives
• Use analytics and market insight to continuously optimise performance

• Proven marketing leadership experience within fintech, financial services, or high-growth tech businesses
• Strong track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Expertise in digital, performance, and brand strategy
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scale-up environments
