We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in IT distribution channel marketing & managing end-to-end (360°) marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving demand, managing campaigns, and coordinating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to support business growth. Managing marketing programs across different brands on partner enablement and demand generation activities in both traditional and digital platforms
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution capability, and hands‑on marketing leadership
.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Plan and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars
. - Drive brand positioning and messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, POS branding, print ads, hoardings, and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate trade marketing initiatives with sales and channel partners.
- Manage product launches, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, performance marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, website content, and CRM campaigns
. - Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Manage content creation for digital platforms in collaboration with agencies or internal teams.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, designers, printers, digital partners, and event agencies
. - Negotiate commercials, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Track vendor performance and ensure ROI on marketing spends.
- Work closely with sales, product, BD, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaign tools.
- Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Own and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor campaign ROI, brand performance, and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and management updates

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
, or related field. - 5–10 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience in 360° marketing
, including both online and offline channels. - Strong experience in vendor and agency management
. - Hands‑on knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
. - Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Skills:
- Experience in B2B, distribution, electronics, IT, or consumer brands
- Exposure to GCC or emerging markets
- Strong commercial understanding and ROI‑driven mindset
