Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to own strategy, performance and growth across our residential real estate portfolio

What you will be Do:

• Own and lead digital marketing team
• Set and manage digital marketing strategy, budgets, forecasts and performance targets
• Launch, optimize and scale lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
• Drive digital activity for project launches and inventory releases
• Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign efficiency
• Build, improve, and lead the Marketing Department with full ownership

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience at Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing / Marketing Director level(in UAE Real Estate
  -at least 2 years+)
• Full ownership of marketing strategy, budgets, funnel performance, and results
• Strong background in Real Estate, Luxury, Investment, or High-Ticket Services
• Clear accountability for outcomes - not execution only
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels and performance marketing
• Ability to lead teams, manage agencies, and align marketing with sales objectives
• Excellent English communication skills (Russian is a plus)
