Overview
E-executive drives online sales growth and strategic account management across all e-Commerce platforms for AKI. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end e-commerce operation, from high-quality content optimization and sales execution to fostering strong, results-driven partnerships with key e-retailers and achieving organizational targets.
Responsibilities- Manage the product catalog across e-commerce platforms, including adding new products, maintaining accurate descriptions, categories, pricing, and high-quality product images.
- Develop and manage data-driven advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, optimizing product visibility and driving sales.
- Manage pricing, inventory, and product descriptions for effective marketplace representation.
- Ensure stock availability across all Darkstore models and monitor confirmation and fill rates for each of them.
- Communicate availability and Out of stock SKUs on time.
- Monitor and activate promotional campaigns and sales events on platforms.
- Ensure artworks for marketing campaigns are delivered on time and activated according to the activity grid. Prepare proof of activation and feedback reports.
- Track customer credit notes for accurate receivables management.
- Manage product data for inbound (sell-in) and outbound (sell-out) inventory for accurate stock control and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee daily operations on key platforms, including Amazon (1P/3P models), Noon, and Talabat, ensuring peak platform performance and strict adherence to marketplace policies.
- Manage and maintain high-quality product listings, which includes writing effective product descriptions, performing strategic keyword research, and ensuring the absolute accuracy of pricing and promotional data.
- Create and manage A+ content, Brand Store, and Storefront on Amazon to deliver enhanced product presentation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to promptly address online inquiries and resolve critical issues such as purchase order discrepancies or price mismatches.
- Manage administrative tasks and necessary documentation for e-retailers, including account opening, Goods Received Voucher, etc.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce development, management, and strategy. Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, including 1P and 3P fulfillment models (preferred).
- Experience managing product catalogs on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel – Advanced level, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic business partnerships with key external stakeholders.
- Fluent and clear communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, commercial and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
