Head of Marketing | Fitness Facility

Are you a strategic and creative marketing leader with a passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands? A leading multi-location fitness and lifestyle group in the UAE is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive brand growth, campaigns, and digital performance across all locations.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, partnerships, PR, and local campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
• Lead data-driven campaigns to drive membership acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage internal marketing team and external agency relationships.
• Track and report on marketing ROI and performance metrics.
• Support new club launches with localized marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen brand positioning in the UAE fitness and wellness market.

• Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; digital marketing certifications preferred.
• English professional proficiency (Arabic a plus).
• Strategic and creative thinker with strong execution skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on, and passionate about fitness and wellbeing.
• Experience in premium, multi-location consumer brands; fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality sector preferred.
• UAE-based candidates preferred; open to GCC
