Coordinator – Marketing Job Description
Carrying out marketing and advertising programs and following up to ensure that Cosmesurge maintains a good advertising plan that meets target market expectations.
Responsibilities- Following up renewal of DHA approvals for ads.
- Monitoring the telephone lines and quality of customer service and responsiveness at Cosme Surge.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, monitoring calls, surveying customers, evaluating outcomes.
- Coordinating with doctors in case there is radio / TV interview.
- Making archive of all articles for future perusal/review.
- Following up & collecting new doctor’s photos, biographies & marketing materials
- Coordinating & collecting editorials from CS doctors to place them in different magazines
- Coordinating & following up stamps, business cards, and badges for new doctors
- Monitoring & reviewing doctors’ editorials before sending them to all publications
- Monitoring publications of articles in different magazines & newspapers
- Identifying PR opportunities for doctors who doesn’t have busy schedules
- Reviewing, translating & finalizing biographies written by all doctors & assuring they are all aligned to a unified format
- Sending new & updated biographies to web team & assuring they are posted online
- Preparing weekly ads report & sending to all branch managers
- Handling quality control project & evaluating quality of customers service over the phone & report findings to top management
- Collecting marketing surveys & data from all branch managers to prepare reports which helps in improving media plan & marketing activities
- Preparing minutes of marketing meetings & assuring responsibilities & deadlines are set
- Monitoring external competition & preparing competitive analysis for all CS branches on a regular basis
- Monitoring CS websites on a regular basis to assure all information are up to date
- Preparing monthly PR report about all interviews, articles, and TV interviews.
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 year of experience in healthcare or service industry,
