EN – JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION

PURPOSE:

Support with events and special activations, along with administrative tasks to grow Sephora’s presence in the region and maintain the brand’s disruptive DNA.

This role reports into the PR & Events Director yet works very closely with the PR Specialist handling events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The PR& Events Intern will be required to support the team on the following:

• Understanding and representation of Sephora retail and e-commerce, Sephora Collection brand, and exclusive brands
• Relationship building with editorial teams, KOLS, and key influencers
• Assist in pitching angles and garnering coverage
• Press kit compilation and dispatch
• Reporting:
  Post event debriefs, reports, monthly and quarterly coverage reports, etc.
• Brainstorm and ideate with teams on creative concepts for upcoming activations
• Kitting and dispatching products
• Media and influencer list update
• Event support (instore events, multi-branded events, and mono branded events)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Work experience:
  
  0-2 years in a similar role or have graduated from a similar field of study
• Skills:
  
  MS Office, Power Point
• Languages:
  
  Arabic (Mandatory) & English

• Willingness to learn, flexible and ability to quickly adapt
• Excellent writing skills
