ROLE PURPOSE
The Product Manager - Pharma will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the assigned OTx portfolio (Rx & OTC) in alignment with organizational objectives to achieve sustainable long-term growth across the METAP region. The role will also provide business analytics support to the division to enable data-driven decision-making.

Roles And Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Insights Generation:
Generate sharper insights around Patient Journey and Customer Behaviour in assigned categories - Brand Strategy and Execution:
Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new products; drive execution across Physicians, Pharmacies, and E-commerce/Digital channels - Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new OTx products
- Drive execution across Physicians, Pharmacies, and E-commerce/Digital channels
- Support marketing initiatives for E-commerce platforms and in-pharmacy trade
- Prepare Monthly Business Reviews for the division
- Lead Annual Budget preparation and tracking
- Analyse brand and category performance data
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics to support commercial decisions

- Experience managing OTC and Rx marketing strategy
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Moderate to High)
- Analytics & Problem Solving (Moderate to High)
- Communication (Medium to High)
- Experience managing e-commerce channel (Mild to Moderate)
- Understanding of Consumer Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry
- 4 years experience in brand management in Consumer Healthcare (OTC) / Pharmaceutical is necessary.
- Candidates from pharmaceutical industry must have experience in handling portfolio which involves both OTC and Rx channel marketing management
- 2-3 Years experience in handling OTC brands is strong plus
- Experience in managing e-commerce will be an advantage
- Full-time offline MBA from a reputed institute
- Graduation in Health Sciences Stream (Pharmacy preferred)
