Key Responsibilities
  • Brand & Content Management:
    Manage brand messaging across app, website, and social media channels;
    Oversee creation of engaging content including copy, visuals, and videos;
    Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics;
    Coordinate with Product Manager on promotions and new product launches;
    Track marketing spend and ensure strong ROI;
    Respond proactively to market feedback by adjusting messaging;
    Support app-based promotions and special offers.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    Plan and launch effective digital marketing campaigns;
    Coordinate outreach with influencers and eco-focused partners;
    Analyze analytics including website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition cost (CAC);
    Work closely with Operations to align promotions with stock availability;
    Support limited B2B inquiries, focusing on corporate subscription clients.
  • Strategic & Financial Oversight:
    Plan product launch campaigns and review brand health and awareness;
    Optimize customer acquisition strategies based on data insights;
    Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI;
    Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Authority & Decision-Making:
    Approve brand messaging and campaign creative assets;
    Select marketing channels, agencies, and vendors;
    Adjust or pause campaigns based on performance metrics;
    Recommend pricing or positioning changes as needed;
    Approve collaborations with influencers and strategic partners.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in brand management.
  • Strong expertise in customer acquisition, campaign strategy, and digital content creation.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a plus.
