Position: Marketing Commercial Plan Manager Job United Arab Emirates
As the Marketing Activation Lead at Carrefour UAE, your primary responsibility is collaborating with the commercial and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of all commercial initiatives. You will prioritize customer‑centric approaches, adhere to established protocols and timelines, and play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Spearheaded the marketing execution of Carrefour UAE’s commercial plan.Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders in commercial and operations teams.Coordinate and manage weekly commercial plan meetings involving all relevant stakeholders.Utilize customer intelligence insights to inform decision‑making in commercial meetings.Ensure that commercial activations prioritize customer engagement across all channels.Oversee weekly marketing meetings to track progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables.Conduct competitor research as needed and promptly report findings to stakeholders.Harness analytical reporting tools to derive actionable insights and monitor market activities.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Database Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.5 – 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.Proficiency in data analysis and various analytical tools.Strong project management skills and experience in marketing performance evaluation.Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor.What We Offer
