An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing digital retail business operating across multiple consumer brands and international markets.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong commercial awareness with deep platform expertise and a passion for data-led growth. You will play a key role in accelerating online revenue, improving acquisition efficiency, and driving measurable performance across paid digital channels.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner with internal stakeholders across digital, creative, content, and commercial teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies that support ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership

  • Manage and optimise paid media activity across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other digital acquisition channels
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, budgeting, and ongoing performance optimisation
  • Ensure spend is allocated effectively across audiences, products, and regional markets

Commercial Performance

  • Drive scalable customer growth while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Monitor and improve core KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
  • Support trading initiatives, promotional periods, and product launches through strategic paid media activity

Analytics & Reporting

  • Review and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Produce regular reporting with clear recommendations and actionable insights
  • Use performance findings to guide optimisation decisions and future planning

Creative & Testing

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging paid social assets
  • Implement structured testing across audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging
  • Continuously refine campaign approaches based on performance learnings
  • Stay informed on platform updates, industry shifts, and emerging digital trends
  • Explore new acquisition opportunities, channels, and technologies
  • Contribute ideas that improve overall marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns within eCommerce, retail, fashion, or consumer-focused businesses
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and performance marketing best practices
  • Comfortable managing sizeable media budgets and performance targets
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach
  • Advanced analytical skills with confidence in interpreting campaign and trading data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
