Overview
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery across digital, CRM, retail, events, and experiential marketing channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating brand positioning into impactful campaigns while ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and customer expectations.
WhatYou Will Do
- Develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, retail, and events to drive awareness, consideration, leads, and conversion.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling campaigns, product launches, showroom activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Pricing, Showroom, Product, and Finance to ensure marketing activity supports wider business goals.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships, including briefing, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality and consistency across all assets.
- Drive CRM and lead nurturing initiatives, including automation journeys, database engagement, and customer lifetime marketing.
- Plan and execute events, experiential activations, and PR initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Track performance, monitor KPIs, and use market and competitor insights to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
- Support reporting requirements, including quarterly updates, market insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Experience in brand marketing, events, product marketing, performance marketing, and CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within automotive, retail, or FMCG.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and agency relationships.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience working in a brand‑led environment with a strong focus on customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Creativity and strong storytelling capability, with a clear understanding of how to build brand impact.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer engagement with business performance goals.
