Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in social media marketing, in‑store marketing activations, e‑commerce platforms, paid advertising, and event management.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
• Manage all social media platforms and content strategies
• Plan and execute in‑store marketing campaigns in hypermarkets and retail chains such as Carrefour and Lulu
• Manage e‑commerce platforms including Noon, Talabat, Amazon, and the company website
• Plan and manage events, activations, and brand promotions
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other digital platforms
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Experience in paid ads management and campaign optimization
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred
