Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to research, align and convert customer demands, build localized demand research and conversion capabilities, and work with product lines to rapidly develop product solutions.
  • Coordinate regional R&D resources, conduct in-depth competitiveness benchmarking against key regional competitors and user scenario research, and build precise overseas product definition capabilities.
  • Respond to iterations of the experience and competitiveness of products currently on the market in the region, identify regional product opportunities, and optimize regional product portfolio and launch rhythm by leveraging product line resources.
  • Support regional marketing campaign planning and product training, ensure consistent communication of product selling points across the region, collect user experience complaints and drive cross-regional resolution.
