Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
- Build, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, CRM, and traditional marketing channels
- Drive commercial performance through targeted initiatives supporting Rooms, F amp B, Spa, Events, and ancillary revenue streams
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment across all activities
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage
- Ensure all marketing collateral, content, and communications reflect the highest luxury hospitality standards
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Corporate teams to deliver a consistent and compelling brand experience
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager within a 5-Star Luxury Hotel, Resort, or Ultra-Luxury Hospitality Group
- GCC experience is a strong advantage
- Proven success in creating and executing high-performing marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience developing strategic partnerships, sponsor ships, and luxury brand collaborations
- Strong digital marketing, social media, content creation, and CRM knowledge
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English plus an additional European, Afrikaans, Latin American, Balkan, or CIS language
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
