An opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing Project Manager Traffic Controller to join the Dubai Head Office of a luxury company with a strong creative brand and marketing presence across the region.
This role sits within an in-house creative and marketing agency that supports a premium hospitality portfolio. The agency operates in a fast-paced environment where brand consistency, strong execution and clear communication are critical.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day flow of creative work, manage delivery across design and social media projects and ensure the team produces high‑quality work on time and in line with business priorities. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands agency workflows, creative timelines, stakeholder management and the pressure of delivering multiple campaigns across several moving parts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operations of the in-house creative and marketing agency.
- Act as the traffic controller for all creative, branding, campaign and social media assignments.
- Manage project briefs, timelines, workflow, priorities, approvals and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations and ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee a team of 4 direct reports, including 2 graphic designers and 2 social media executives.
- Ensure creative output is delivered on time, within scope and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor workloads, allocate tasks effectively and identify potential bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
- Maintain strong communication between the Founder, internal teams and the creative team.
- Track project progress using project management tools, workflow systems or structured internal processes.
- Support the team in managing campaign deadlines, content calendars, design requests and urgent business needs.
- Bring structure, accountability and calm execution to a busy creative environment.
- 4+ years of experience in a project management, traffic management, account management, or studio management role within a marketing, branding, creative, or digital agency.
- Previous agency experience in Dubai is essential.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, including design, social media, content, campaign delivery and approvals.
- Experience managing creative teams, project timelines and multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and workflow systems.
- Familiarity with design and creative software environments is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-focused and able to work under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to manage deadlines and expectations.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance creativity with delivery, timing and business priorities.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, retail or F&B marketing is advantageous.
