We are looking for an experienced and self‑reliant Marketing Manager comfortable with day‑to‑day marketing activities and long‑term strategic goals.

Location:

Dubai, UAE.

• Identify and understand target audiences in each market to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different countries, channels, and segments.
• Conceptualize and execute multi‑channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and high‑value messaging across all channels.
• Work in conjunction with the Africa Sales team and customers to develop and execute marketing programs and strategies to promote sales of brands, products, and services at every value‑chain player in each country or region.
• Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads due to strong digital marketing capabilities.
• Manage participation in trade fairs and customer events and support on‑site execution.
• Work closely with agencies to execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Develop a strong market intelligence database to understand the current market situation and trends based on market development, competitors, channels, product/service offering, and consumer behaviors.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing or a similar business‑related discipline.
• Profound working experience in marketing, ideally in the automotive industry in Africa.
• Strong budget and project management skills.
• Excellent understanding of market trends in different countries.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Readiness to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent English and French skills.

  Standard working hours:
  Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30.
