Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of marketing events across the MENA and Central Asia region, including exhibitions, technical seminars, customer events and brand activities.

Own end-to-end event management: concept development, budgeting, timeline control, on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (sales, technical, solution, HQ marketing) to ensure strong business alignment.

Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand events.

Continuously improve event effectiveness and efficiency based on feedback and performance analysis.

Degree

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, engineering, or related fields.

Skills & Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing events, campaign execution or project management.

Proven ability to independently manage complex events and multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication skills in English; international experience preferred.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Experience

Experience in B2B, energy, renewable energy, industrial or technology sectors is a strong plus.

Nice-to-have

Proficiency in additional languages, e.g. Arabic, French, Spanish etc.
