Join Four, an international independent agency, as an Account Executive (AE) or Senior Account Executive (SAE) based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities- Support and manage social media accounts for government, health, consumer, and corporate clients.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across key platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into social‑first content.
- Support community management, social listening, and reporting.
- Help deliver always‑on content calendars and campaign bursts.
- Track performance and contribute to insights and reporting.
- Assist with client communication and day‑to‑day social media coordination.
- Experience in social media, digital content, or communications (agency or in‑house).
- Exposure to government, health, consumer brands, or B2B corporate clients is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working across multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
- Natural interest in content trends and platform behaviour.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic or English.
