E-Commerce Strategy & P&L Ownership
Own and drive the global e-commerce strategy for Notions Group, defining channel priorities, revenue targets, market entry plans and growth roadmaps by platform and geography. Manage the online P&L across all platforms and markets, responsible for revenue, margin and profitability of the e-commerce channel.
Develop annual e-commerce revenue plans, promotional calendars and investment budgets aligned to Notions Group’s overall commercial strategy.
Identify and prioritise new marketplace opportunities, new platforms, new geographies and new product categories to expand Notions Group’s global digital footprint.
Report monthly e-commerce performance to senior leadership with clear commercial insights and structured action plans.
Marketplace Management- Own end‑to‑end management of Notions Group’s presence on Amazon UAE, Amazon UK, Amazon EU, Amazon USA, Noon UAE, Noon KSA and all other active marketplaces.
- Manage product listings – titles, descriptions, bullet points, images and enhanced brand content (EBC) to optimise discoverability, conversion and digital shelf performance.
- Lead Amazon PPC and sponsored ads strategy, manage advertising budgets, optimise ACOS/ROAS and drive paid visibility across all active Amazon markets.
- Negotiate and manage vendor/seller relationships with platform account managers, securing promotional slots, lightning deals, Prime eligibility and preferential placement.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and listings on all platforms, proactively adjusting strategy to maintain competitive positioning.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy, brand integrity and pricing consistency across all marketplaces at all times.
Manage Notions Group’s presence on GCC quick commerce and online grocery platforms – Talabat, Instashop, Carrefour Online, Spinneys Online, Lulu Online and similar.
- Ensure stock availability, accurate listings and strong digital shelf share across all quick commerce platforms.
- Execute promotional and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, gifting seasons, Valentine’s Day) across quick commerce channels to maximise uplift during peak periods.
- Build and maintain relationships with platform category managers to secure visibility and promotional support for Notions Group brands.
- Own and grow Notions Group’s D2C e‑commerce channel, managing the website experience, product catalogue, checkout flow and customer journey.
- Drive traffic to the D2C channel through SEO, email marketing, social commerce and digital campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Optimise conversion rates, average order value (AOV) and repeat purchase rates through A/B testing, UX improvements and personalisation.
- Manage gifting and corporate order flows, a significant revenue stream during seasonal peaks.
- Plan and execute platform‑specific digital marketing campaigns – Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, Google Shopping, Meta and Tik Tok commerce integrations.
- Develop promotional strategies for key commercial moments (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and global gifting periods).
- Brief and manage creative assets for all e‑commerce channels – product photography, lifestyle imagery, banners and video – in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Manage the e‑commerce promotional calendar and ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment for all e‑commerce orders across all channels.
- Manage cross‑border e‑commerce logistics – international shipping, customs documentation and import/export compliance for GCC, Europe, USA and Asia‑Pacific.
- Maintain optimal stock availability on all platforms, proactively flag stockout risks and coordinate replenishment with supply chain.
- Oversee returns management, customer service escalations and platform‑level dispute resolution.
- Ensure all e‑commerce operations comply with platform policies, trade regulations and Notions Group’s internal quality and labelling standards.
