Event Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a segment of the event portfolio, including conferences, field marketing events, webinars, and partner activations
• Develop targeted audience acquisition plans to reach priority accounts and buying groups
• Write high-quality marketing copy for invitations, emails, landing pages, and follow-up communications
• Lead event promotion by partnering across email, digital, sales, and partner channels
• Track and measure performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence to optimize future impact
• Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and planning processes with operational rigor
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing leadership to align event strategy with growth goals

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure to demand generation and events
• Proven experience using conferences, webinars, and field events within integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong marketing copywriting skills with the ability to drive engagement and action
• Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to evaluate program performance and guide data-driven decisions
• Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows to improve team efficiency
