Responsibilities
The Affiliate amp Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing performance-driven creator and affiliate programs across multiple digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships sales growth and performance marketing ensuring measurable ROI through influencer-led commerce initiatives.
Support in managing and scaling affiliate and influencer programs by onboarding, activating and nurturing performance-driven partners using tracking links, promo codes and commission structures. Support in planning and executing influencer-led campaigns across social platforms, managing prepaid commission and hybrid collaborations aligned with brand and sales objectives. Manage day‑to‑day influencer communications including outreach, coordination and follow‑ups. Track deliverables, timelines and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking and post‑campaign summaries using key metrics such as revenue, conversions, and ROI to maximize efficiency and growth.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, social, e‑commerce and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging, execution and campaign alignment. Analyze results and implement optimizations by testing creators, content formats and key messaging to continuously improve campaign performance and scalability.
Qualifications1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or influencer marketing. Experience in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman). Experience working with tracking platforms, promo codes, and performance dashboards. Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action. Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Able to work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
Strong interest in AI and automation tools – curious, eager to experiment, and tech‑savvy. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
