The E‑commerce Growth Manager will own and drive end-to-end digital growth across Shoemarts' e‑commerce ecosystem, with full accountability for GMV, NPBT, and margins, as well as traffic acquisition, performance marketing, and scaling the D2C platform. The role will manage digital marketing spends, optimize the end-to-end funnel, traffic, conversion, AOV, and deliver measurable ROI while ensuring strong control on discounting and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Growth & Acquisition – Own GMV, NPBT, margins, end-to-end funnel traffic, conversion, and AOV. Manage performance marketing on Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Instagram and other social channels, optimize budgets for ROAS, CAC, and conversion, and drive high-impact campaigns aligned with the trading calendar.
  • D2C Business Scaling – Support launch and scale-up of , Blend brand, and performance marketing to deliver scalable growth in a high‑SKU e‑commerce environment. Improve website conversion, UX journey, and engagement, and drive repeat purchase and retention through lifecycle campaigns.
  • Marketplace Growth – Support growth across Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, Shein, etc. Optimize listings, visibility, promotions, and campaign participation; collaborate with marketplace teams to unlock growth opportunities.
  • CRM & Retention – Leverage GA4 for attribution, funnel insights, and continuous CRM‑led optimization across channels. Drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime value (LTV), build segmentation, retention programs, and automated journeys.
  • Analytics & Optimization – Track performance across traffic, conversion, and revenue. Run A/B testing across campaigns and website experience. Translate insights into revenue‑driving actions.

    Qualifications
    • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing / e‑commerce growth.
    • Strong hands‑on experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google).
    • Must have experience managing paid media budgets independently.
    • Exposure to marketplace platforms in Global / Middle East / India markets (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.).
    • Experience in scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth.
    • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
    • Preferred:
      Retail / fashion / footwear e‑commerce background.
