This Position reports to: EL Product Marketing Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities- Implement product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Focus on the achievement of orders and drive continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Execute an annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
- Develop business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market; coordinate market analyses with the Sales team and define appropriate forecasts and plans related to product marketing.
- Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data; oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the Sales team(s).
- Drive sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson.

Qualifications for the Role- Professional Qualification in Electrical Engineering
- At least 6 years of past experience in the specific field of application or similar fields (e.g., commissioning)
- Attitude to interpersonal relationships
- Good relation skill, team working, problem solving, and English language knowledge
