We are hiring for our client, a well-established organization, looking to bring on a creative and driven Marketing Executive (Emiratisation) to support brand growth and campaign execution. This is a great opportunity for Emirati graduates to gain hands‑on exposure across multiple marketing functions within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
The role offers strong learning exposure across digital, brand, and campaign management, making it ideal for individuals eager to build a long‑term career in marketing and brand development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Assist in maintaining strong and consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness
- Support collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the apparel and lifestyle space
- Emirati with Family Book – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field – mandatory
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Exposure to digital marketing, brand management, or performance marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
