Create compelling content for various channels including social media, email, websites and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
Capture high‑quality photographs and videos of properties, events, and company activities for marketing and promotional purposes.
Edit and produce engaging photo and video content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, and other marketing channels.
Plan, shoot and edit short‑form and long‑form video content including property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, and corporate branding materials.
Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and maintains a professional and consistent image across all platforms.
Qualifications- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or similar software.
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing, with the ability to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
- UAE experience are preferred.
