Responsibilities

• Implement the communication strategy and plans (advertising & promotion) for the organization.
• Draft all English content: press releases, speeches, quotes, interviews and features for DWE, maintaining the strategic approach of each entity.
• Distribute the press releases to local and regional media.
• Maintain media relations & invite the media for DWE events.
• Media monitoring.
• Share DWE media coverage and ensure that everyone is updated periodically.
• Unify all English marketing & promotional language for the organization.
• Maintain and update a local, regional and international media list.
• Responsible of communication department shared folder and archiving of all files e.g. guidelines, photo library, press releases, movies.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationship with the media to ensure that the coverage of the events is launched.
• Submit a comprehensive media list/PR plan per project. Follow up with the media to ensure interviews with department Managers are covered.
• Perform other related duties as negotiating to meet the ongoing needs of the organization as well as any additional projects.
• Draft, edit and coordinate all editorials.
• Create web and social media content that aligns with each entity’s style and direction.
• Coordinate with media agencies ensuring the delivery of the agreed scope of work outlined in the service level agreements.

• BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in PR & journalism.
