Arabic Operations Specialist; Content & Community

We are looking for an Arabic Operations Specialist to support our Arabic content and community operations. This role focuses on content review, creator coordination, and engaging with the community to drive user conversion.

• Review Arabic content produced by partnered creators (live streams, videos, short-form content) to ensure it meets quality and campaign requirements.
• Monitor influencer/KOL content performance and ensure alignment with platform and brand standards.
• Check and manage Arabic content on the platform/site to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide feedback to creators to help improve content quality and engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Engage with the Arabic-speaking community through comments, messages, and social platforms.
• Support user conversion by interacting with followers and guiding them toward active usage.
• Assist in executing campaigns and community activities to improve engagement and retention.
• Work with internal teams to optimize content and user experience.

• Native or fluent in Arabic, with good command of English.
• Strong interest in football and understanding of football culture is preferred.
• Experience in content moderation, social media operations, or influencer management is a plus.
• Familiar with platforms like You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of content quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with both creators and users.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Malaysia (Accept relocation or currently residing).
