Job Overview
Khansaheb Civil Engineering is hiring a B2B Marketing Officer to support brand positioning, digital marketing, content, creative production, and internal communications. This 360-degree role requires a proactive self-motivated marketer with a solid B2B foundation balancing strategy and execution while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning – Assist in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with business objectives; enhance brand awareness and positioning by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Digital Marketing & Content Management – Manage and update the company website ensuring alignment with SEO best practices; plan and execute social media posts and campaigns aligned with marketing strategy and goals; track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Linked In Insights providing recommendations for improvement.
- Public Relations & Industry Engagement – Identify and coordinate opportunities for thought leadership speaking engagements and industry panels; support media engagement and monitor brand presence in the market.
- Client Engagement & Business Development Support – Develop targeted B2B marketing materials such as case studies, capability statements and presentations; plan and coordinate corporate networking events, industry conferences and client meetings.
- Internal Communications & Employer Branding – Support internal newsletters, employee recognition programmes and corporate updates; assist in promoting Khansaheb as an employer of choice by highlighting employee success stories and company culture.
- Event Management & Award Submissions – Support participation in key industry events, trade shows and award programmes; manage event logistics, branding materials and post-event marketing initiatives.
- Vendor Management & Creative Production – Coordinate and manage external vendors for photoshoots and video shoots; oversee briefing, scheduling and delivery to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business with a marketing specialisation. Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for professional and technical audiences.
- Creative, self‑motivated, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, Linked In marketing, and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, work independently and be highly organized.
- Work with a leading construction contractor with an established reputation in the UAE.
- Gain experience in end-to-end B2B marketing across digital, PR, content, and events.
- Be part of a collaborative team working on impactful marketing initiatives.
