Social Media Executive

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge, familiarity and interest in social media.
• Previous experience creating content for Tik Tok and You Tube is a plus.
• A proactive nature coupled with meticulous eye‑for‑detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, effectively leading and inspiring the team to new heights.
• Skills in improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability, showcasing a commitment to industry‑leading standards.
• Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions and taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
• Computer literacy with mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all social media platforms.
• Proficient in copywriting and communications.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel requirements.
• A hands‑on attitude fueled by a “Can‑Do!” spirit.

• Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube.
