An opportunity has arisen for an
Assistant Manager - Communications to join Dubai Holding Community Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Content Creation:
  Develop, draft, and edit high-quality communication material including leadership messages, website content, social media copy, resident communication, reports/presentations, infopacks, brochures, and campaign assets. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic messaging pillars
• Internal Communications:
  Support the planning and execution of initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment. Draft leadership communications, announcements, and townhall material. Manage internal communication platforms and ensure timely dissemination of key updates
• Campaign & Event Communication:
  Lead communication development for corporate events, launches, community activations, and employee initiatives. Develop messaging toolkits, event briefs and post-event coverage to maximize visibility and engagement
• Brand Governance:
  Ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning across all communication channels. Review and approve communication material to safeguard brand integrity
• Projects Management:
  Lead end-to-end development of publications including annual report, sustainability report, infopacks while being the primary liaison with creative, design and production agencies
• Financial management:
  Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards across all communication outputs, proactively resolving bottlenecks and keeping senior management updated on progress and risks

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)
• Strong understanding of communications strategies and digital engagement
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
